Is it safe to shop on Aperith.com?
Your credit card information is processed through a secure infrastructure provided by PAYTR Virtual POS secure payment systems with PCI-DSS Level 1 certification. During this process, your information is only sent to the bank, and no credit card information is stored by Aperith.com.
What are the Membership Benefits?
As an Aperith.com member, you can easily track your orders, stay informed about new discounts, and quickly fill in your payment and address information for repeat orders.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
On the member login page, you can click on "Forgot My Password" option to receive a reset link to your email address. You can easily renew your password through this link.
How Can I Track My Order?
After your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You can track your cargo movements online with this tracking number.
How Can I Cancel My Order?
If you want to cancel your order, you can complete the cancellation process by sending your request to [email protected] before the products are shipped.
Shipping
How Does the Shipping Process Work?
After your order payment is completed, products are shipped within 3 business days. Our shipping days are Monday - Friday, and orders received after 3:00 PM are processed the next business day. Delivery time may vary between 3-5 business days depending on your region.
How Much Does Shipping Cost?
A shipping fee of 100 TL is applied for orders up to 2,000 TL. Shipping is free for orders of 2,000 TL and above.
What is the Delivery Time?
After your order is shipped, it will be delivered to your address within 3-5 business days.
Returns and Exchanges

To make a return, you can create a return request by going to the My Orders section from your membership account. Return processes are evaluated according to the following conditions:


  • The product(s) you want to return must be sent in damage-proof packaging with their original packaging and all accessories (labels, pins, tissues, lapel flowers, etc.) intact. The product must be unused and in resalable condition; there should be no stains, tears, breaks, or other damage. No alterations or other modifications should have been made to the product.
  • For cosmetic products like perfumes, the product packaging must be unopened.
  • Due to hygienic reasons, returns or exchanges are not made for underwear products.
  • The return process for the order to be returned must be initiated within 14 days from the delivery date.
  • The e-archive invoice for the product must be sent with the "Return Section" field filled out and signed.
  • For return shipping, you can send it free of charge using the company code through Yurtiçi Cargo. The cost of shipments made with other cargo companies is covered by the sender; cash on delivery returns are not accepted and will be sent back to you.
  • Products sent to us will be inspected by our team and the return process will be completed after confirming that they are not damaged. Product returns that do not meet the conditions are not accepted and are sent back cash on delivery.
  • If there is no information about your request in the package for which you initiated the return process, the shipment will be considered as a return.


When Will I Receive My Refund?
After the return process is approved, the refund will be reflected to your account within 3-10 business days depending on your payment method.
Can I Exchange My Order Made Through Aperith.com?
Exchanges are not made for orders placed through Aperith.com. You can initiate a return process to return your order and place a new order.
